Well known suspense author William Bernhardt visited Katy Budget Books to speak to mystery readers and sign copies of his newest hardcover release, Murder One.  Mr. Bernhardt, an Oklahoma native, talked at length about every aspect of writing and publishing books.  In addition to having authored a large number of titles, including the "Justice" series, he has become a publisher.
